The Workspace offers 40 bright and airy serviced offices to rent in Randburg, Robindale.

Offices range in size from one-person offices to offices suitable for up to five people. All offices are furnished. They’re cleaned weekly, and bins are emptied daily.

All members of The Workspace have free high-speed fibre internet connectivity.

Coworking

Coworking allows you to work in an open-plan area for a set number of hours per month, providing a cost-effective alternative that encourages collaboration.

The Workspace Randburg, Robindale features a coworking area which includes private meeting booths with flat-screen TVs and open plan desks with access to high speed fibre internet and power points. Comfortable seating is available for informal meetings, and you’ll also enjoy access to outdoor seating and tables on our covered patio. Your coworking package will give you access to meeting rooms for a specified number of hours each month, while a full range of pay-as-you-go business services are also available on site.

And if you’re a member you’ll be able to use any The Workspace location nationwide on a booking basis.

THE package @ R4,313 per person per month, including VAT

  • unlimited access to coworking facilities and a locker
  • uncapped fibre optic Wi-Fi
  • access to a boardroom for up to eight hours per month
  • option to pay per month for an extra person
  • call answering in your company’s name and voicemail retrieval
  • use of a business address and a dedicated telephone line.

HOT DESKING

WORK package @ R2,634 per person per month, including VAT

  • four hours per day/80 hours per month of access to coworking
  • uncapped fibre optic Wi-Fi
  • access to a boardroom for four hours per month, within the above hours
  • call answering in your company’s name and voicemail retrieval
  • use of a business address and a dedicated telephone line.

SPACE package @ R1,582 per person per month, including VAT

  • two hours per day/40 hours per month of access to coworking
